| Consistent with the Florida Moving and Warehousemen’s Association (FMWA) and the American Moving and Storage Association (AMSA), Modern Movers adheres to the following: |

- To operate our business within the minimum operating standards established by FMWA and AMSA.
- To handle our Customers’ property with the utmost care, at all times.
- To maintain all equipment at each facility, in keeping with proper commercial “best management practices” and safety standards, and to observe all laws and safety regulations established to ensure the safety of our workers and the property of our Customers.
- To fulfill commitments to our Customers to the best of our ability.
- To observe all applicable laws or regulations of state, federal government and/or
other regulatory entities, and to conduct only such operations
as we are capable of performing with competence and courtesy
to our Customers.
- To participate only in fair and honest advertising of products and services.
- To avoid untrue or misleading statements concerning a competitor or their methods of operation.
- To use honest and accurate methods, equipment and techniques for establishing estimates, weights and measurements.
- To respond promptly to complaints by Customers and attempt to settle disputes in a fair and reasonable manner.
